Jason Grauf, CPA, MST

Jason currently serves as Tax Director at Schreiber Advisors P.C. (the “Firm”), providing tax compliance and consulting, accounting, and advisory services to a wide range of clients across several industries including affordable housing, real estate, health care, manufacturing, and construction.  

Jason has over a decade of industry experience, and exercises his technical skills, and broad knowledge of taxation to provide high-quality tax advisory services to his clients. Jason specializes in partnership and corporate taxation and has specialized knowledge with regards to low-income housing and research and development tax credits, state and local taxation, complex tax research and IRS audit representation. 

Previously, Jason held various tax positions with three regional CPA firms. In those roles, he served as the lead tax accountant and contact to his clients. He was also responsible for training seasonal tax interns and staff.  Jason previously worked for the Internal Revenue Service (“IRS”) as a Revenue Agent, auditing small and medium sized businesses across a wide variety of industries. This experience provides Jason an interesting perspective, as he is familiar with the inner workings of the IRS and is able to use this knowledge to better serve his clients and assist with their tax resolution matters.
