“I believe the key for success between Schreiber Advisors P.C. and our clients is excellent communications to avoid any surprises.”

Frank serves as Partner at Schreiber Advisors P.C. (“Schreiber”), and provides attestation, accounting, and fraud investigation and advisory services to a wide range of clients across several different industries including not-for-profit, affordable housing, manufacturing, and professional services.

Frank performs annual audits for clients that have amassed annual revenue ranging from less than $10 thousand to over $10 million. He additionally provides CFO services for multi-million-dollar organizations.  These services demand perfection, he reviews details of transactions and manage budgets to protect third-party readers. Frank was hired by Schreiber based on his strong research, public auditing background, and can-do work ethic, not to mention his sense of humor.

Frank has made formal presentations to crowds ranging from 20 to 200 on various accounting topics in locations across Michigan and the USA, including St. Louis and Las Vegas. Additionally, he frequently visits potential clients for proposal meetings.  Additionally, Frank has written and published articles both in local and national journals on various accounting and valuation analytic topics.  Compiling information for these articles requires a high level of research and archiving skill – along with excellent written communications and a lot of Dunkin’ Donuts coffee. Frank has drafted a public company’s annual report (Form 10-K) that was successfully audited by a national firm before being submitted to the SEC for public viewing.

Frank previously worked at national accounting firms UHY and Deloitte.  He led the audit fieldwork team for public and private clients, including Straight Path Communications Inc., a Publicly Traded Company (NYSEMKT:STRP) that was acquired for $3.1 Billion in May, 2017.  He also led fieldwork for the spinoff of Rafael Holdings (NYSE American: RFL) from IDT Corp. in May 2018.

Frank understands the value of hard work and having a great reputation, both as an auditor and as a father. It is important for him to have fun with his family and give back to the community.  When not working, you can look for Frank at a Detroit Tigers game or at a concert.
