Chris currently serves as Partner over all tax engagements at the Firm. Chris is a licensed attorney in the State of Michigan and specializes his practice on estate and trust taxation.

Chris enjoys helping his clients solve complex tax problems and assisting them to ensure their tax affairs are structured in an appropriate and efficient manner. Chris has extensive experience working with businesses of all kinds, including limited liability companies, partnerships, S corporations, C corporations, and trusts. He can assist clients with multi-state taxation and has knowledge of formation and development of startups. Chris also handles individual tax and tax planning, entrepreneurial and small business advisory services, as well as IRS issues, in order to help clients succeed.

Chris holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Central Michigan University and a Juris Doctorate degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School. Chris is licensed to practice in the United States Tax Court.

Chris enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 children, golfing and running.
